 The Tallaght RPC, located the south west side of Dublin, is one of the strongest clubs in the ISRF.J & R Bracken of Tallaght & District have topped the ISRF from Mallow 26/4/2014 when 517 members sent 9991 birds. This is the second week that this partnership have struck gold. Jimmy and Richard have joined together this year to race in partnership for the first time, after years of racing on their own. They joined Tallaght & District which has 42 members and the club races an average of 700 birds weekly. The two brothers race the roundabout system and train their birds from 10 to 30 miles daily weather permitting. The Brackens Mallow fed topper, IHU-13-S-94121, is from the same stock as the pigeon that was 2nd fed at Pilmore the week previous. The blue yearling hen is bred from a B Daly and M Wanner pair of birds that have already turned out winners that scored well as a young birds.
