![]() Jimmy and Richard with 1st Fed IHU-13-S-94126. J & R Bracken Tallaght and District, 1st and 2nd ISRF from Pilmore Beach 19/4/14 when Members 535 sent 11897 Birds. Jimmy & Richard have joined together this year to race in partnership for the first time. After years of racing on their own, Jimmy and Richard joined Tallaght and District which has 42 members and race an average of 700 birds weekly. The two brothers race the roundabout system and train their birds from 10 to 30 miles daily weather permitting. IHU-13-S-94126. a Red Cock that topped the fed, is bred from Frank Shreader bloodlines. This yearling cock had scored well at club level as a young bird with 2nd club and 17th fed only last week from Thurles. The 2nd fed Blue Cock IHU-13-S-94123 is bred from a B Daly and M Warner pair of birds that have already turned out winners, and also scored well as a young bird. Jimmy & Richard would like to take this moment to thank Mick Warner who had been a good friend and a great help to them for over 30 years in the sport. A. Rice. |
