![]() Brian Brady races in the Greenhills and District RPC. With 31 members Greenhills is always one of the strongest racing clubs in the Irish South Road Federation. Brian was the top flyer in the ISRF in 2012 and has won the averages in his club for five years out of the last six. He also won six club races last year. Brian Brady has topped the ISRF at least eight times since he started racing in 1998. This week he was the top fancier in Skibbereen with 399 points where the ISRF liberated 8327 bird in a SW wind on 11th May. Brian races the roundabout and natural systems. Brian Brady fly’s 175 miles 235 yards from Skibbereen and with a yearling hen has topped the ISRF and his club. This hen was on the natural system and sitting on eggs . A full sister of this hen flew from France to Dublin twice. His birds are mainly related to a Jansen based hen he bought in 1998 which only died this year. He clocked three of them from France in 2012. Brian is one of the top flyers in the ISRF and I don’t think he is finished yet making his mark racing pigeons in Ireland. Once again you can see good pigeons won’t let you down provided they are treated properly. TOP CLUB THIS WEEK: Dublin North East with 764 POINTS M. Roche pro ISRF |
