Your club profile ...
Have a look at this to find out how to associate your club with a federation, union or combine. This is important as it affects race fixtures you see, leagues and standings during the racing season and also how your parent organisation can track membership across clubs.
Not all clubs are associated with a parent federation or Union, so this may not be relevant to your situation.
From the "My Club" menu option at the top of the page, you can access high level information for your club. If you are a club secretary or a site administrator, you can edit your club details. Look out for the "Edit Club" link [e] which will appear next to your club name if you are a secretary.
The "Edit Club" link opens up the Club Data edit form. Oneimportant setting is the "Union" or "Combine" your club is associated with. Click the down arrow beside "Region" to select a parent organisation to associate your club with.
The dialogue box will show you Unions, Combines etc relevant to your club. Select the organisation name and click "Edit Club" at the bottom of the form.
